RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without providing any reason.

You may use any written form to notify us of your withdrawal.


2. Extended Commercial Return Policy (30 days)

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, we offer a 30-day commercial return policy.

Beyond the legal 14-day period and up to 30 days after receipt, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • the product is unused

  • the product is in perfect condition

  • the product is returned in its original packaging


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused or used only to the extent necessary to inspect it

  • be in its original condition

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards

  • custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)


5. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are eligible for the same right of withdrawal and return conditions as full-price items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


6. Product Condition & Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, for example if:

  • the product shows signs of excessive use

  • the product is damaged after delivery (not caused by us)

  • parts are missing

  • the return is made outside the applicable return period


7. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • processing time depends on your bank and may take a few business days


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

  3. Allow some processing time for the refund to appear

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

10. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit or voucher may be issued once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


11. Returns & Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, especially for items valued over €75.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.


12. Data Protection & Compliance

Any personal data related to returns is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

This data is used solely for managing returns, refunds, and customer service.
