Shipping Zones
Azure & Gaia ships to France, Europe, and internationally.
Preparation and Shipping Times
As each item is carefully made or prepared, a processing time may be required before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

France: 2 to 3 business days

Europe: 3 to 7 business days

International (outside the EU): 7 to 15 business days
These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and customs procedures for deliveries outside the European Union.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate. In the event of an incorrect address, Azure & Gaia cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failure to deliver.
Shipping or Delivery Delays
In the event of a shipping delay, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.
In case of a significant delivery delay, the customer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with applicable legal provisions. If applicable, a refund of the product and shipping costs will be issued.
Risk and Receipt of Goods
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt and report any issues (damaged or opened parcel, etc.) directly to the carrier.
Liability in Exceptional Circumstances
Azure & Gaia shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or extreme weather conditions.
