How do I know the status of my order?
You will receive an email at each stage of your order: confirmation, shipping, delivery (don't forget to check your spam).
In the "My account" space, you can consult your order history, as well as the status of your current order.
If you placed your order via a guest account, you will need to change to a customer account. Nothing could be simpler, just follow this link, and create an account by entering the same email address used when you placed your order.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Nothing's easier !
Simply enter your discount code just before proceeding to the payment of your order in the "discount code" field and then click on apply!
If you can't find one of your promo codes, don't hesitate to contact us!

In which countries can I get delivered?
Azure & Gaia delivers by registered letter or Colissimo in France and the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
What are the delivery times ?
Once your order has been shipped, and depending on the delivery method chosen, you will need to allow for the following delays:
For France
• Letter followed: 2 to 3 working days
• Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days
For other countries:
• Letter followed: 3 to 8 working days
• Colissimo: 3 to 8 working days
An email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped!
Is the packaging eco-responsible?
It is very important for Azure & Gaia to minimize its environmental impact.
We use, as often as possible, reused packaging and do not use plastic in your shipments (unless it is plastic packaging that we reuse).
The packaging to protect the toys, but also to best preserve the flavors of catnip and/or valerian, are made of PLA and are compostable .
We advise you to reuse these packaging yourself to store your toys and thus make your cat enjoy them longer! :)

You can pay by credit card or through your Paypal account!
Are payments secure?
Payments made on the site are secure and made using the Shopify Payments or Paypal system.
At no time can Azure & Gaia become aware of your bank details.

All products sold on the Azure & Gaia online store are entirely designed and made by hand , in Paris, by Zoé, the designer.

Can Azure & Gaia cat products be personalized?
You can customize certain Azure & Gaia products such as teepees, health book covers, balls, or the fishing rod for cats.

Catnip or valerian, which to choose?
For toys, Azure & Gaia offers you the choice between catnip, valerian or both!
To help you make your choice, you can consult the blog article which presents these two plants that cats love!
My cat no longer plays with its Azure & Gaia toys, what should I do?
Over time, toys filled with catnip or valerian can lose their smell and therefore their attraction.
To make them last longer, Azure & Gaia recommends that you keep them, after each game session, in their original small bag.
You can also rub them with a small amount of catnip or valerian, depending on your cat's preference.
